Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help arrange a suitable solution.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
